We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and support continued growth. Position Overview
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and helping manage projects from initial consultation through completion. This role includes a structured training program designed to develop both sales and project management skills.
This position includes a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential. We are seeking someone who is motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
Responsibilities for the Field Sales Representative
Lead Qualification
- Understand LIME Painting's target market and service offerings
- Identify potential customers using tools such as Google Maps, Zillow, and Spotio
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach within target neighborhoods
- Participate in industry networking, site visits, and local marketing initiatives
Appointment Setting
- Manage a schedule of leads and follow-ups
- Set and attend consultations with potential clients
Sales
- Learn and present LIME Painting services and solutions
- Prepare proposals and guide clients through the sales process
Project Coordination
- Assist in managing project progress using the company's internal production process
- Coordinate with team members to support project completion
Customer Experience
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Support a positive customer experience and address client questions or concerns
Qualifications for the Field Sales Representative
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or project management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to participate in door-to-door outreach and local lead generation activities
- Familiarity with mapping tools such as Google Maps, Zillow, or Spotio is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base Salary: $35,000 per year
- Commission: 6% to 14% commission on project revenue based on performance tiers
- On-Target Earnings: $70,000 to $120,000+
- Top Performers: $140,000+ potential earnings
- Uncapped earning potential
